A friend of mine rented a car from them a month ago. The car was returned intact as agreed. Unfortunately the security deposit amount was not returned even after the 14 days time. Finally the cash was returned after a month (needless to say, this caused a lot of inconvenience). The company needs to improve their process of returning security deposits in a timely manner.
They are not professional. They cheated us. The car we rented had several issues, and they did not provide us with a replacement or compensate us for the inconvenience. Their customer service is also very unhelpful.
One of my friends took a rented car from here, but they did not pay back the security deposit cash after 14 days as promised. Finally, the cash was returned after a month, but only after regular follow-ups and reminders. This kind of delay is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism.
