Don't ever give a phone to service over there, instead of solving 1 complaint in our phone they will give extra 2 or more complaints in over phone after their service and they will not take any responsibility for that & Very bad customer service better give next shop for service

I had a really bad experience at Nova Star Computer. The staff there were not responsible at all. Instead of fixing the one issue with my phone, they created even more problems. The customer service was terrible. I suggest going to a different shop for repairs.

I would never recommend giving your phone for service at Nova Star Computer. Instead of fixing the initial issue, they caused even more problems. They also refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. The customer service is very poor. It's better to find another shop for repairs.
