Cake was delivered in a very poor condition with horrible bday writing! On top, when u call the shop unprofessional employee Jenny is blaming everyone around instead of fixing the issue! Poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m giving 0 star rating, The cake is very poor quality, and not at all tasty, i felt the cake is not fresh at all, I have never expected this from occasions Al barsha 1 branch. I was over charged of AED.600 but it was totally worthless. I’m not gonna go for occasions cakes again.

I'm giving 0 star rating, The cake is very poor quality, and not at all tasty, i felt the cake is not fresh at all, I have never expected this from occasions Al barsha 1 branch. I was over charged of AED.600 but it was totally worthless. I'm not gonna go for occasions cakes again.
