Very worst staff on receiving section for frozen foods. They treat the truck drivers as slaves. They don't consider even if it is their mistake. Their security and staffs don't speak to anyone over phone to understand the issues. They behave very rudely to everyone.

Worst place for surveyors. The staff are absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. The minimum wait time for a scheduled inspection is one hour. If it was within our capacity, we would never visit this place.
