First of all, I went to ORF to solve my conveyor system problem. At the beginning they said this problem we face it daily and we have the solution for this case. For the visit they ask for 500 Dhs and then they did a quotation after the visit for 9000 Dhs and then they ask for 6000 Dhs advance payment. I paid around 5100 Dhs with the condition 3 weeks delivery. I got the product exactly after 8 weeks. They mentioned that the delay from the raw material and machine availability. After I receive the product I found a shortage in the order. So, I mentioned this issue to their sales team and they promise to revert, but no action happen to this issue till now. Poor client handling. Next time I will think twice before dealing with this company.
