In my humble opinion and based on my recent personal experience, it would be beneficial for OFS to strive for greater impartiality and be less pro-banks. At one point, I really thought that they were working for the bank.
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance in obtaining an update on the status of my case, which has been pending since April 18th. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, I have not received any response.
I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Mr. Selvarajah who handled my scam case. It was a long 6 months time frame to have them investigate, communicate with the other parties & got back to me regarding my case. He did his job very well.
