I wish there was a zero star rating for this place. Farhad is a fraud and will tell you anything to just make his sale. Damian, the owner is such a great guy and very helpful in terms of sharing information about birds but Farhad, the so-called bird expert, is completely unreliable. I bought a bird from this shop based on his recommendations and it turned out to be sick within a week. When I called the shop to complain, Farhad refused to take any responsibility and hung up the phone. I would advise everyone to avoid this pet shop and go somewhere else where they actually care about the well-being of the animals.
