The food court at MOE is one of the most basic ones in Dubai, it’s loud, it’s simple and it’s a hub for fast food. Panda Chinese is obviously not the best Chinese you’ve had, but the food is a decent cheat meal and ready for pick up without waiting.
Food was just average. Spring rolls were cold, soggy and tasteless. Chicken was extremely spicy & not eatable. Food was not hot at all.
I had a fried shrimp and rice, the food was delicious.
