Very bar service. I had to buy a rush gift and bumped to Pandora. The lady somna doesnt know which items were discounted. I saw the promotion that shows sale and i had to ask her 3 timed are you sure you dont have any bracelet on sale? 3 times they said no and when i finally decided a bracelet to buy i saw the same one was on sale. Very angry and disappointed. Will not recommend this store.
Super bad service and very Racist staff. They don’t even talk to me, they just ignore me when I enter the shop. I already know their names, I can even mention their names: one Filipino lady and one guy who's Arab. I don't recommend this shop staff.
Excellent customer service, the sales lady was very patient trying to explain every aspect of the purchase, and also gave various options to mix and match the bracelets.
