Just encountered such a rude and arrogant staff. I bought a bracelet last week and I was told that I could exchange it within the exchange time frame. Went back to exchange it for a smaller size a week later and the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They refused to exchange it for me and told me that I should have come earlier. Very disappointed with their customer service.
