Ordered a box for my 3sixty bike, thanks to their further check I realised my bike with bottle cage won’t fit the original box. Was exploring the customisation option with higher cost but they came back and recommended another model which saved me additional cost yet achieving the objective I wanted to achieve. Satisfied with their service.
