Poorly made buns, usually burnt and the butter from within leaks out.
The Ginger tea had split, milk and water got separated. When I complained, the staff took time to admit and replace. Overall, the customer service isn't up to the mark as compared to other branches in Abu Dhabi.
Good decent ambiance and quality of food is good. Service could be better as it took more than 20 mins to get served.
Buns are soft and tasty especially for Dark Chocolate Buns. But not with the Cheesy Bun. I don't even taste the cheese. It was so mild for the cheese lover.
