Today i visited Pastels Salon Jumeirah branch for the first time. It was along al wasl road, just after Choithrams Um Suqeim. They have a complimentary valet parking which is a plus. I was greeted by Ms. Sheila & Ms. Catherine. They asked about my visit and i told them it is my first time. Ms. Sheila offered me coffee and Mr. Catherine asked me if i want to wait for my appointment in the lobby or i want to start it right away. I told him that i want to start it right away and he took me to my appointment location.Ms. Sheila was with him too. At the door of the location i was received by Ms. Katty. She introduced me to my stylist, whom they called Sophia. A very friendly atmosphere. I was offered free water and there was very soothing salon music being played. I was told my free water will be available throughout my whole stay. I was asked once then if i am ok, but after that. No one really asked me as if i need anything. Not that i wanted something but just because this place is meant to pamper customers with relaxing experience and that should be considered to be done through the time the customer is in the Salon. That said, my stylist, Sophia was fabulous. I really enjoyed my time with her.
