Friendly and accommodating staff. High-quality chocolates as expected. Good packaging. This branch is following Covid-19 safety protocol. Has dedicated parking for customers too!!
I always wanted to review Patchi as 5 stars only for Mohamed, who is absolutely very supportive and helpful. But unfortunately, after meeting his Manager Omaima/Umama, I was very upset with the way she treated me. Sometimes supervisors tend to be way more professional than their own managers. Thank you, Mohamed, for solving my issue.
