The person who attend the call in sales very rude. He doesn't want to listen the customer requirements. When I ask for some material he tells we don't have that item in a very rude and rough manner what they sell normally without checking the stock in the system. This is not good for a well-known firm.
We had a problem with one of the toners they supplied us. This was immediately replaced with a letter from the manufacturer explaining the reason for the fault. In terms of price also, they are very competitive as we compare prices from various suppliers.
