They only get the second star because the technician actually showed up and sprayed the apartment. When I had a pest issue once again within the guarantee period and contacted the company to book another re-spray appointment, they turned off their phone and ignored my messages. Liars. Just find a professional company instead.
Came 1 hour late. Sent only 1 technician for a 5BR villa. That technician looked depressed, did a half job, and had an unprofessional behavior.
