Never clear on whether or not stock is available. I will always get to know about the problems or delays in delivery only after I've paid. EVERY TIME. I've been buying from here for almost a year now, and it's time to switch.
I had ordered for my cat's pet food, the order was processed promptly by Ms Marie who is the customer processing lady at Petpro. She was kind by asking how old is the cat, gender and tolerant to seafood etc. This was absolutely very nice of her.
They still didn’t have my product after waiting the extra time. Said their supplier was also out of stock and offered a “discount” for another product. I have awarded them 3 stars for “consistent communication” but I don’t think I will be purchasing from them again.
