Disaster. The service is so slow! I waited almost 30min. And in the end the pizza was horrible, I ordered 'Ultimate cheese' pizza and got a 'Ultimate BURNT' pizza. So shameful for Pizza Hut.
The Man who was taking the order today shouted at me today saying that there are no orders, two times in front of people, and it was so early at 10:00PM. I asked him to speak politely and to respect the customer but he didn't care.
Pizza was too dry, can't eat properly, teeth will fall out. And garlic bread had too little cheese. The cashier, a bald man, provided very slow service. The pizza was also smaller than before and no drinks, paid extra 5 dhs.
