I had a wonderful experience at this Pizza Hut branch! Relaxing and quiet, pleasant dining atmosphere. However, there was a small hiccup when my extra tomato sauce request was missed. When I mentioned it to the staff, they were incredibly helpful and quickly rectified the mistake. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
It was busy during the weekend but the team is friendly and extremely polite, especially the Filipinas. The pizza was nice and up to the expectations! You can take the offer by ordering three medium pizzas with chicken wings and salad and drink for around 120 dhs. There are seatings inside and outside the restaurant!
Staff is very slow & rude behaviour. I think there is no proper training in Pizza Hut for dealing with customers. No one at the cash counter when I was there for collecting my order which tracking order in the app says the order is ready. The staff needs to improve their customer service skills.
