Their food is as good as you'd expect from Pizza Hut, fresh and tasty. But the branch's staff can be kind of unwelcoming and clumsy, does it affect the atmosphere of the restaurant? To an extent no. Therefore it's a nice place to visit.
The quality of pizza hut is overall compromised and they reduced salad and pepsi sizes as well. Khalidiya pizza hut staff is very rude and overall as an old customer really its hurtful to see the deteriorating quality and quantity as well …
Waited for 1hour for my order only to find out they are transferring it to another branch, no one even updated me no one bothered to call, so i waited 1hr and 30mins for a pizza at 2AM!!! order tracker and rider tracker is a complete none sense and deceitful!!
