What an amazing experience !!!! After living in dubai for so many years and having done these desert safaris with different local companies for many relatives and visiting friends; This, by far, has been the most amazing, complete, and memorable experience so far! Starting with the communication with Platinum Heritage staff via WhatsApp, pick and drop service, courteous and punctual staff and driver, exciting and adventurous dune bashing, beautiful sunset and camel ride, stunning desert and wildlife, delicious dinner and entertainment, informative stargazing, and last but not least, the breathtaking Red Dune Desert Camp! EVERYTHING was A++!! We rarely find such attention to detail and personalized service. Ronald is absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better guide/driver. His excellent driving skills, knowledge, and friendly nature is appreciable. He was not only knowledgeable but also made great recommendations and amazing conversation throughout the tour. We had the most AWESOME time ever!! We really have no words to describe how amazing this tour was! It was above and beyond our expectations. This experience will forever remain in our hearts and memories. Platinum Heritage, keep up the AWESOME work!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH for giving us a beautiful and unforgettable experience. My husband and I had the BEST time with Platinum Heritage. Ronald picked us up right on time (and was early!). I forgot sunscreen and Ronald was SO nice and stopped at a grocery store so I could purchase some. Ronald took us to Platinum's Desert Conservation Reserve where we met our guide, DeEndra. DeEndra is extremely knowledgeable/friendly and taught us so much about the local environment. We enjoyed dune bashing around the reserve in a vintage Land Rover while DeEndra explained the process behind desert preservation and the conservation efforts at Platinum. We visited the major 'attractions' and finished our evening with some delicious food and entertainment. I would highly recommend Platinum Heritage. Thanks DeEndra at Platinum for such a memorable afternoon and evening!
First of all, I would like to thank our guide, Ismail, for this amazing experience of the desert. The tour itself is well organized, from the very beginning to the end - all guests are being looked after. With vintage Land Rovers we've been driven in the middle of the desert. Afterwards, a great dinner and the entertainment made our evening magical. The camp itself is situated in a beautiful location. Staff is really friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this tour, you won't be disappointed!
