I'm a regular client and I was disappointed with the rude staff when I visited Ralph Lauren section in THAT store mall of the Emirates ,I said good evening ,they didn't care about me.. No welcome, they don't care,they keep talking to each other. Terrible customer service!
I'm extreme disappointment with the quality of clothing at the Polo Ralph Lauren store in Mall of the Emirates. I have always been a loyal customer of the brand and have come to expect high-quality products. However, my recent visit to the store left me unsatisfied. The fabrics felt cheap and the stitching was poorly done. Definitely not worth the high price tag.
Be Careful: they will not give cash refund. Disgusting behaviour from such a big chain. I bought an item, it didn’t fit. I returned it 2 days later, to be told no refund, only exchange. Shame to see such a big brand provide such shameless customer service.
