Their kabsa rice is horrible, non-edible over seasoned seems they throw out ingredients around and send out without trying it out. Bunch of black pepper. Ordered through talabat I marked for spicy but I guess they focused on the rice

Spicy chicken is very bland.. There is no taste at all...No salt was even added. Been eating at Popeyes for a long time but it has never been so tasteless. The biscuit was over cooked too and very hard.

The cashier who assist us is so lazy.. he is a boy.. We requested to upgrade the order into family size, but he just answer us cannot change the order to think that he can void the order.
