Like literraly the best experience! I rented a small car and did not enjoy the drive with it on the streets of Dubai. I came back the same day and they offered me a better car with no penalty costs. I just paid the price difference.
I have been renting with this company for 10 months now and I highly recommend them. Contacted Mike about a problem with my car and Mahmoud collected the car from my apartment, fixed the issue and dropped it back. All was sorted in the space of 2 hours.
