I went your clinic 3 days ago because of temperature, and cough. Doctors and nurses are very talented and very good behavior. But from your reception I got a very bad experience. Especially 2 ladies staffs. They are talking to patients very inappropriately and rudely. It was a disappointing encounter and I hope it gets addressed.
It's a good medical center and the doctors are very nice. But the staff who sit in front are behaving towards patients like shouting dogs. Even if there's an emergency, they don't care. It seems like they are only interested in making money. This needs to be addressed immediately. Definitely a 1-star for them, but the rest of the staff and doctors are really nice.
It is a very good medical center, providing all types of treatments just like a hospital. The staffs are kind and helpful, and the doctors are nice. They clear all our doubts and provide good psychological support. I had a great experience and would give them a 5-star rating. I highly recommend this medical center.
