Made an appointment with them a week earlier. Waiting time is long (as usual for clinics). Unnecessary waiting time of close to 3 hours or more. Everything is super slow, the registration, the doctor, the typing of prescription into her computer by the doctor (it was literally one letter one second). Doctor was not the most competent. Recommended for patrons with no better place to go and with nothing better to do.
I visited Dr. Liew Shaw Fei Esther because I had pain in the kidney area of my lower back. My normal GP was on holiday for a week so I chose her because the location of my pain felt serious. She ordered the required tests, and when I got to the clinic, everything was smooth and efficient. The wait time was reasonable, and the doctor was knowledgeable and attentive. I felt confident in her diagnosis and treatment plan. Overall, it was a positive experience.
