Very Rude call center. They cannot even explain why they are calling and because they do not understand properly they hang up intentionally. Train your agents to talk professionally as what your company name "professional".

Well I tried many courier company so far this one didnt gave me High Blood pressure or Heart Attack, specifically the staff whose handling my courier his Mr. Samiullah +971 55 704 6244, also well-mannered despite his english is limited.
