I paid for 8hrs. The drivers showed up on time and stayed with us for 5hrs. I called dispatch for them to return for a dinner engagement, and they confirmed via email. The drivers did not come back, leaving us scrambling to get to our dinner via taxi.
We had a great experience by the services provided. They were prompt, and the limo driver Mr. Dibin was courteous and helpful all throughout the ride although it was hectic and the weather was rough. Our sincere thanks from the bottom of our hearts!
