Received a call from them 3 times in a span of 1 month, asking the same exact question and promising to connect me with an agent in the area, after that - radio silence. I specifically highlighted during the last call that I was already frustrated with the constant calls and false promises, but no action was taken. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time.
The team has always been very helpful not only in one apartment but for three apartments hunts. I highly recommend them as they are the best.
Really good and trustworthy, I’ve known Nouman for years now as my agent and I couldn’t have asked for a better one.
