In actual sense, Punjab National Bank is not capable of 1 star; but system don't accept. We deposited 1 cheque at PNB Karwar. Its been 1 month it has not get posted. Ground reality of the bank is reached to shameful level. Customer should pay attention with their deposits. this type of situation generally happen close to liquidation.
Very bad customer care, They are not picking the phone and reception are not allowing to enter the office.
PNB has closed its representative office in Dubai, which was located in Al Karama. The PNB office in DIFC is corporate office and they don't entertain any questions regarding individual PNB account.
