I bought a 45 gram weight chain from them. I shopped at 9 different gold shops. All of the stores, including Pure Gold, respected me and they were all very kind. Not a single bad experience in any of the gold shops.
Recently shopped chain and bangle here with 0 making charges. Staff (Ashish) who attended us was very kind and professional. Unlike other shops who genuinely show the items to customers only when you are about to pay, the same was not with Pure Gold. We were allowed to verify the weight and check the items thoroughly without any hesitation. Staff is very honest and courteous. Happy to shop again
I don’t know why the government is allowing such showrooms to showcase themselves… it’s really shameful to take guests to this showroom and these are goons on showrooms.
