It's disheartening to see the service approved by such a well known brand. Bought an engagement ring in April end and had to give 4 times for fixing. Diamond keeps moving from its place.
Not sure what is their problem with giving invoices!! When purchased an item they said the invoice will reach the email box, after three days no invoice received went to follow up they asked to come after three days again to give a printed one.
We went to the store for a repair, the employee who received the item told that it will take 2 to 4 days, which means for me that 4 days is the maximum repair time.

On the other hand, their customer service is not up to the mark. The staff is not very attentive and it takes a long time to get any assistance.
