Very poor delivery team. Took two and a half hours for delivery to the nearest place.

I didn't believe the reviews at first when we moved here to Dubai South. Still tried to go to the store and buy stuff and occasionally order for deliveries. Didn't really have any problems with them until this week.

Pathetic delivery experience, non-professional team, they have the worst attitude towards customers. It's been 3 years and still they are not changing. VERY GOOD, depends on other supermarkets.
