Recently did cargo through Rajab Abu Dhabi branch Murror road, initially with good words with full safety guaranteed promises made. I did 3 boxes to India. After I receive and open the boxes my wall frames, water thermos, kids toys etc were damaged. Pieces parts of wall frames broken toys damaged etc. I was furious and called their customer service multiple times but got no satisfactory answer. Will not recommend anyone. Very bad service.
Very poor and bad service I have ever seen. Took money for air cargo and delivered boxes after 18 days (almost like sea cargo). I had important items which I needed urgently but they did not care. Do not waste your money and time on this company.
