Excellent customer care. Everything thing online. Never visited branch or office.
Worst service don't take any insurance from Rak. I have car insurance from Rak, they will take more than 15 days to repair my car only pumper changing one day work after that you call and follow up they will angry with you. So I am not recommend Rak insurance.
I purchased health insurance policy from them through Noble insurance broker for me, my colleague and our families and during the policy period my wife got pregnant and insurance policy expired on 11 March 2019 and since 9th of March I'm not receiving my money. I contacted Rak they said they only received 1 membership instead of 3 even though 3 are paid by my credit card now I don't know how to treat those filthy guys.
