I am a RAKBank Elite Customer. RAKBank security measures for credit card online transactions are weak.
I have more bank accounts in the UAE and I am even an RakElite customer. But Rakbank is the first one who blocks you immediately when you don't update your information.
I tried to get some information regarding mortgage products and determined that the people who worked there were too thick to do business with. I highly recommend not wasting time on them.
