Especially writing this review for Arshad! Last week I went there to shop. I had visited the store before in the same month and had a discount code. Unfortunately, I forgot about it by the time of billing. Went back again and there were some offers on the clothing I wanted. Arshad, who was handling the sales, recognized me from my previous visit and asked if I had utilized my discount code. I explained what happened and he graciously applied the code to my purchase, even though it had expired. His exceptional customer service and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
