It was offering the much better rate than the other exchange on 1st floor. Apparently you can ask for a slight better rate for certain currency. Service i thought was quite standard. Needing physical passport to transact >3,500AED. And there's a fee of AED3 per transaction.
I always like visiting this exchange in marina since their customer service is very very nice and they always serve me very well and for that I’d always recommend my friends anytime to visit the place. Big up to the staff.all of them deserve a pay rise.
