Not very busy
I have been exchanging money at this exchange for over two years and I have never received any special gifts or offers. They only show offers to attract customers but it's just a trick. They are not sincere.
The shop is supposed to open at 8am but it is still closed at 8:07am. This is not acceptable. They need to improve their punctuality.
I visited this exchange and it was not very busy. There were not many customers and the service was quick.
