I've been to alansari today and had the worst experience ever. I've been attended by a casher called Abdulrezk Gad, he was so rude, dismissive, unprofessional and has no clue what a customer service quality means. He shared wrong information about the service I needed and didn't even bother to apologize after we realized he was wrong. Couldn't solve the issue and didn't even show any empathy towards my case. Definitely won't be visiting this branch again.
