Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Warehouse is well-stocked and their staff are very responsive to inquiries. Have never been left waiting on the phone or wondering when I would get a call for my hardware to come.

Disappointed in customer service. I called one day ahead to ask for the tool, and was told that they have one in stock and gave me price. Next morning when I came to the store just to be told they didn't even carry that tool.
