Customer services is rubbish sent me bikini bottoms with a broken chain asked if they could send new chain but nope have to send them back,I'm in dubai took 6 days to arrive by time iv sent em recieved new ones il b back in uk...completely useless won't b using again

Awful staff. Followed my mom, sister and i constantly when we didn’t need help. Really racist staff i think they were nepali or indian something of that area. Never entering a shop or buying something from river island. First time i had an experience like that...
