Very knowledgeable staff and opticians. Big choice of sunglasses and frames. They also have very good technical equipment. So they are able to check your eyes very well. Really good experience when you choose a glass.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rivoli Eyezone and I must say, the customer service I received was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff- Mr. Matruj- he made me feel welcome and valued.

The after sales service is really bad. They were good when I bought my eye glasses. However when I went for simple alignment, the lady simply asked me to go to another branch. Keeping in mind that the nearest branch is one hour drive away.
