Sales team is very good but their service team is equally pathetic. Recently, one of my watches couldn’t reset the chronograph and requires extensive work. The watch is under warranty. It is a simple case of manufacturing defect and should be covered under warranty. Instead, they are trying to blame it on my usage. Their service team has been unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving the issue. Very disappointed with their after-sales service.
