The worst car rental ever!!! What’s the problem to refund my money? They promised to refund in 2-3 day, but it’s over 3 weeks I’m waiting for my money! And have to call them everyday, and they say “today sir” everyday! Totally not recommended!
If I could, I would definitely give 0 stars. Whenever you ask them about the availability of the car, they either say that it is not available or give ridiculous reasons. I think you need to be professional to work in Dubai, and you are not familiar with this concept.
Really good service. Active communication and immediate response. They took all my requests and responded quickly. Best value for money. The delivery gentleman was very polite and on time. I will definitely use their services again. The car provided was brand new and clean. Thanks Road Star team
