We go there to remove the block and we waiting and after they said all ok u can make registration after we go to make registration the blocked still not removed and more than 10 days calls and running from office to office we can't make new registration

I had a terrible experience on the bus. The amount was low and I couldn't top up online. The driver was not helpful.
Taxi drivers don't seem to know any landmarks. It's frustrating when they can't find the destination.
We had a block on our registration and despite multiple visits and calls, it still wasn't resolved after 10 days.
