I had the great good fortune to find a perfect dress for my son’s wedding. Grace & Ming could not have been more helpful but without being at all pushy. They made the whole experience an absolute delight. I ordered the dress on my first visit and returned today for a fitting. It is perfect in every way and I am thrilled with it. The attention to detail and fabulous customer service was over and above anything I could have hoped for. I thoroughly recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you so much Grace & Ming. Very rude tailor. I was about to buy a dress and she literally told me better not to buy and left me in the room. Rosa Clara, you should check the team there and give a customer care training.
The Rosa Clara store team at Nakheel mall are absolutely amazing. They helped me find a perfect dress for an important evening, and the tailor did an absolutely terrific job altering a dress that was really intricate in a record time. Truly grateful to them.
