I have been following up for more than a month now with them for overbilling. I have submitted them my bill history and payment I have paid for which I have received the confirmation SMS for the payment as well. There is absolutely no response and progress. It is better to go for gas cylinder.

The worst company ever, they overbill their customers and then show arrogance. Mr Abueda, Ms Salama dont bother to ever respond. Really the worst company in UAE to deal with.
