Sent my Bentley just to get a quote for service, it took them a month and until now there’s nothing, they said there’s no registration papers then after that I tried calling and messaging but no reply. The Bentley was parked outside

I'll tell you how it all started. bought an Infinity Q50 hybrid car and got insurance in their service. I got a chassis control error. the car was driven into the garage on February 13, 2023, they promised to identify the problem
