I’m upset that although I am not used to paying this amount for beard and head (especially that I simply do a bald look all the time and not much scissoring is needed), I ended up walking out unhappy since they did not do what I simply wanted and not to mention that I was asked if I wanted to trim my eyebrows and I clearly declined since this has never been done in my life and I mentioned this clearly when I initially been asked. I got some waxing don’t and then she told me that she is trimming my eyebrows - I told her I don’t want this! What is this about? Why she can’t accommodate what her customer is requesting. No gentleman would ask his customers and go ahead with his own plans anyway with being inconsiderate with his customer’s feelings and requests. I will not repeat this and turly discourage every one to go in for service here!!!
